1956-1957 Baitykov Sugurbay Baitykovich-Candidate of Historical Sciences (1951), Associate Professor. He graduated from the Abay Kazakh State Pedagogical Institute. At the Kazakh State Pedagogical Institute, he worked as a senior teacher, associate professor, dean of the Faculty of History. (1946-1956) Rector of the Guryev Pedagogical Institute (now Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University) (1956-1957). For heroism in the Great Patriotic War, he was awarded the Orders of the Red Star, the Orders of the Patriotic War of the 1st and 2nd degrees.
