Idrisov Salamat NurmukhanULY  was born on February 9, 1974 in the village of Orlik, Indersky district, Guryev region (now Atyrau).
Higher education, graduated from Atyrau State University named after H. Dosmukhamedov in 1996 with a degree in Mathematics and computer science.
He started his career in 1996 as a teacher at the Department of "fundamentals of Computer Science and computer technology" of Atyrau State University named after  kH. Dosmukhamedov.

Taltenov Abzal Akhatovich, Rector of Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University Doctor of Chemical Sciences, Professor. He was born on January 11, 1972 in the village of Chkalov, Atyrau region, and Makhambet district in a family of employees.
In 1979, he entered the V. I. Lenin secondary school in the village of Yeltay in the Inder district; in 1989, he graduated from the M. Auezov Secondary School with a silver medal.
In the same year, he entered the chemical faculty of the Al-Farabi Kazakh State University, from which he graduated with honors in 1994. In the same year, he entered the postgraduate course at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
In 1997, he successfully defended his PhD thesis, and in 2007-his doctoral dissertation in the field of chemical sciences.
In 1998-2001 Abzal Taltenov, an excellent student of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as a top manager in the field of education, began his career as deputy director of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center "Daryn" of the Education Committee of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

In 2011-2016, he worked fruitfully as chief of staff, and then held the position of vice-rector for academic Affairs and vice-rector for research at the leading university of Kazakhstan-the L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
On April 19, 2016, by order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was appointed Acting Rector of the Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University.
In November 2016, the Republican Competition Commission, chaired by I. N. Tasmagambetov, approved A. Taltenov as the rector of the Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University.
Abzal Taltenov has established himself as an initiative and talented scientist in the field of chemical sciences, is the author of more than 80 scientific and methodological publications, including three monographs. Taltenov A. A. is the owner of three copyright certificates. The main directions of his scientific research are petro chemistry, ecology, catalysis, chemical kinetics.
He is an academician of the National Academy of Natural Sciences, an academician of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a corresponding member of the International Pedagogical Academy of Education, a member of the editorial board of a number of scientific journals on chemistry and ecology, the editor-in-chief of the scientific journal "Bulletin of Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University". As a progressive head of the university, A. Taltenov led the development and implementation of a number of innovative projects unique for Kazakhstan at the university. Based on the "Strategy -2050", "The main directions of education and professional skills of the modern education system, training and retraining of specialists", under his leadership, the university began implementing such projects as "Eco – campus", "Pedagogical School", which allows students of pedagogical specialties to acquire practical skills on the basis of schools in the city and region, "iSpace" business incubator aimed at cultivating entrepreneurial culture among students, a complex laboratory "Lego-studio" for the introduction of robotics in the educational process and a platform "English only Space" for intensive English language teaching of teachers and students.
In November 2016, for the first time on a regional scale, a festival of English and STEM education was organized based on the university, implying the unification of sciences aimed at the development of new technologies and innovative thinking, with the support of the British Council and TCO and Chevron companies.
On the basis of the university, the first digital production laboratory in Kazakhstan "Fab Lab Atyrau" has been opened and operates within the framework of the "Zangar" project implemented by the International Youth Foundation with the support of the Chevron company.
The main goal of Abzal Taltenov is to transform Atyrau into a unique center of innovative education not only in the west of Kazakhstan, but also in the entire Caspian region.
As an educator, A. Taltenov connects his activities with the protection and promotion of the historical, cultural, literary and scientific heritage of the Atyrau region. On his initiative, historical and educational excursions to the burial sites of the great sons of the Kazakh people were organized. A. Taltenov held meetings with young people and residents of the districts of the region within the framework of the days of education, science and culture.
Along with membership in the politburo of the Atyrau regional branch of the Nur Otan Party, Abzal Akhatovich is the chairman of the university primary party organization "Birlik" and a member of the public council of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Atyrau region. A. Taltenov pays great attention to sports and a healthy lifestyle, is fond of playing volleyball and basketball.
Together with his wife, Klara Duysenbaykyzy has two daughters and a son.

Mamrayev Beibut Baymagambetovich (born in 1957) is a state and public figure. Deputy of the Majilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the VI convocation, Chairman of the Committee on Socio-Cultural Development. Doctor of Sciences, Professor, full member (academician) of the International Economic Academy of Eurasia (2010), full member (academician) of the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Kazakhstan (2015). Has a diplomatic rank.
Author of more than 200 scientific papers published in the country and abroad. A well-known specialist in the field of comparative studies and literary history, strategic management in education and science. He actively collaborated with the universities of Nanterre (Paris-10) and the Sorbonne (Paris-3). Under the guidance of the scientist, dissertations were defended, including by citizens of Russia and China. He is one of the authors of the multi-volume history of Kazakh literature, the history of the literature of the Turkic peoples, published in Turkey, a member of the editorial board of the 100-volume publication «Бабалар сөзі».
He started his career as a worker in 1973. He is a graduate of Karaganda State University. In 1980, he was invited as a teacher to the Karaganda Cooperative Institute of the Central Union.
In 1986, he completed full-time postgraduate studies at the Abay Kazakh Pedagogical Institute ahead of schedule and defended his Ph.D. thesis. He worked as an associate professor at Karaganda State University.
In 1989, he moved to the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan for scientific research activities. He held senior positions at the M. O. Auezov Institute of Literature and Art.
In 1998, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philology. In 2000, he was awarded the scientific title of professor. At the invitation of Academician Zeynulla Kabdolov, he worked as a professor at the Department of Literature of the Al-Farabi Kazakh State University.
In 2000-2004, he headed the education and science sector, then the Social Policy Department of the Internal Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He took an active part in the development of State programs in the field of science, education, culture («Мәдени мұра»), sports and tourism, healthcare, housing construction development.
In 2004, he was sent to the diplomatic service. He was an Adviser-Envoy of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation. He paid special attention to the quality of education, the development of scientific research and the integration of universities into the world educational space. During his activity, the rector improved the work of the EKSU branch in Mongolia (Bayan-Ulgey), improved the material and technical base, and the quality of educational programs. Since 2010, at the initiative of the rector and with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science, the Government of Kazakhstan has allocated 25 state grants for the training of students from Mongolia.
As the head of universities, B. Mamrayev was actively engaged in the promotion and popularization of Kazakh culture, history and language abroad. Abay centers were opened in the border universities of the Russian Federation, China and Mongolia. He was a member of the Audit Commission of the Council of the Eurasian Association of Universities (Moscow). Kazmagambetov Altai Gabdrakhmanuly was born on August 28, 1964. In the village. Martuk of the Aktobe region. Dairov Gapurolla-was born on April 15, 1932, in the village of Manash of the Issatay district (the former Novobogat district) Atyrau region (formerly Guryev region). He graduated from the Zhambyl Secondary School in 1949 in the city of Atyrau (the former city of Guryev). He began his career as a teacher in the Issatay district in 1949. In 1951, he entered the Abay Kazakh State Pedagogical Institute at the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics.
He began his main scientific and pedagogical career as a teacher at the Department of Mathematics at the Guryev State Pedagogical Institute in the direction of the Ministry of Education of the Kazakh SSR. As a senior lecturer at the Department of Mathematics, he was appointed Dean of the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics (1958-1961).
In order to improve his skills and continue his scientific work, in 1961 he entered the postgraduate course at Abay KazPI. Having successfully completed postgraduate studies, in 1965 he defended his dissertation at the Academic Council of the S. M. Kirov Kazakh State University (now Al-Farabi National State University), receiving the degree of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences.
After the defense, he continued working at his university as the head of the department, the dean of the faculty. In 1966, he received the academic title of associate Professor of the Department of Mathematics. In 1970-1972, he worked as a vice-rector for educational and methodological work. In 1972-1976, he was the rector of the Institute. During this time, he strengthened the material base of the institute, provided educational laboratories with the necessary equipment, created conditions for training young teachers in postgraduate studies and for improving the quality of the institute's scientific personnel, introduced a new educational system at the university.
In 1968-70, he worked, as a secretary of the party organization of the Institute, was repeatedly a member, deputy of the Guryev city, regional party committee, was elected a delegate at the conference of the city and regional party committee. Professor G. Dairov has been working in the field of school and higher education for 62 years, including 56 years of continuous work at the Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University, where he continues to work fruitfully at the Department of Mathematics and Methods of Teaching Mathematics.
