Unique Educational Project: Successful Initiative of the “Ustaz” School
Under the initiative of Salamat Nurmukhanuly Idrissov, Chairman of the Board and Rector of Atyrau University, a tripartite agreement was signed between Bektore Rashiduly, a 2021-2022 graduate of the “Ustaz” School, and Sanim Kaluova Uapkyzy, Director of the school.
The agreement formalizes a modern dual-education system, professional skills development, and guaranteed 100% employment opportunities for students. Established at the initiative of the university rector, the “Ustaz” School is a unique secondary education institution in Kazakhstan, providing education exclusively for boys preparing to become teachers.
This agreement marks a significant milestone for the school, as its first graduates will complete higher education in 2026 and enter the workforce. Bektore Galimov, one of the students who excelled in both the school and university, will begin his career as a physics teacher through the dual-education system at his alma mater. The collaboration between the school and the university will allow the first young teachers to contribute to regional schools starting this year.
The project’s primary goal is to train capable, socially responsible male teachers dedicated to serving the country - a vision expected to become a reality soon.
