Scientific Expert Group of Atyrau ANK Holds Extended Meeting

Today, an extended meeting of the Scientific-Expert Group of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in Atyrau Region was held in the Scientific Council Hall of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.

 

Representatives of the Assembly Secretariat, members of the Scientific-Expert Group, and members of the Young Scientists Club attended the event.

 

The agenda focused on discussing the key issues raised by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev at the Fifth National Forum held in Kyzylorda on January 20, 2026, and identifying mechanisms for their implementation at the regional level. Scientific analysis of these areas was conducted, and approaches to developing regional scientific-expert recommendations were explored. The report on this topic was presented by Salamat Nurmukhanuly Idrissov.

 

Additionally, the Scientific-Expert Group reviewed the 2025 activities of the Young Scientists Club and discussed ways to strengthen the role of young scientists within the Assembly.

 

As a result of the meeting, the composition of the Scientific-Expert Group and the Young Scientists Club for 2026 was updated, and Maksot Yeleusizovich Rakhmetov was appointed as Chair of the Young Scientists Club, replacing Gulbaram Olzhagaliyevna Mugauina.
