Enhancing the Efficiency of Human Resource Management through Artificial Intelligence Technologies

At Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, the Department of Management of the Faculty of Economics and Law organized a roundtable discussion titled “Enhancing the Efficiency of Human Resource Management through Artificial Intelligence Technologies” with the participation of faculty members and students.

The main goal of the event was to foster a scientific understanding of the opportunities, risks, and prospects of using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies within the framework of the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, “Kazakhstan in the Age of Artificial Intelligence: Current Challenges and Solutions through Fundamental Digital Transformation.”

During the roundtable, students presented their research papers, and participants engaged in active discussions, exchanging experiences and professional insights. The session focused on both theoretical and practical aspects of integrating AI technologies into human resource management systems.

This academic event contributed to the development of participants’ research abilities and analytical thinking skills, while deepening their understanding of digital transformation processes in healthcare, management, and other professional domains.
