From October 6 to October 20, 2025, Gulnazik M. Ishanova, Master of Pedagogical Sciences and Lecturer at the Department of Russian Philology, participated in the international “Orkhun” Academic Mobility Program and visited Artvin Çoruh University in Türkiye.
As part of the program, Ms. Ishanova delivered open lectures and practical classes for students, focusing on the development of intercultural communication skills and the promotion of interest in the Russian language.
“The Orkhun Program provided me with a wonderful opportunity to work at the welcoming Artvin Çoruh University and experience the unique atmosphere of the city of Artvin. I am sincerely grateful to my colleagues for their warm reception, kindness, and support. Every meeting and every journey—from the mountains of Artvin to the beautiful Lake Uzungöl—left unforgettable impressions and inspired me with new ideas,” she noted.
The lecturer also took part in various cultural events organized by the university, including concerts, exhibitions, and meetings with students, which enabled her to gain a deeper understanding of Turkish culture and traditions.
The experience gained at Artvin Çoruh University became an important milestone in both professional and personal development, while also contributing to the strengthening of cooperation between the partner universities.
We express our sincere gratitude to H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University for supporting the participation of its academic staff in international academic mobility programs.
