On January 30, 2026, a live broadcast dedicated to career guidance was held at the L. Shakhmatov Secondary School in Makat District.
The event was attended by the school’s career guidance teacher, Gulshat Doskairkyzy Zhanassova, and the Head of the Career Guidance Department of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.
During the live broadcast, comprehensive information was provided about the educational programs offered at Atyrau University, the list of specialties, tuition fees, state educational grants, features of the academic process, and opportunities for student accommodation in dormitories. In addition, detailed and informative answers were given to the questions raised by students.
Currently, a total of 52 students are studying in the school’s 11th grades, including 21 students enrolled in Russian-language classes.
The event positively contributed to helping 11th-grade students make informed career choices, gain comprehensive information about higher education institutions, and determine their future professional paths.
