Atyrau University Teachers Exchange Experience at Manas Kyrgyz-Turkish University

From April 1 to April 14, 2025, senior lecturers of the Department of Physical Education and Initial Military Training at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, Rafael Khabirov and Aiman Kaldybayeva, visited Manas Kyrgyz-Turkish University as part of the ORHUN academic mobility program to exchange professional experience.
The main goal of the mobility program was to strengthen international cooperation and promote mutual exchange of expertise.
During their visit, the faculty participated in training sessions within the Faculty of Sports Science at the Kyrgyz university, particularly under the program for Physical Education Teachers and Coaches. The sessions included in-depth lectures and seminars on topics such as Olympic Games and the importance of assessment in the education system.
The Atyrau University lecturers also shared recent achievements in the field of sports in Kazakhstan.
A round table was organized with the support of Professor Jiparkul Abdyrakhmanova, a specialist in pedagogy, and Professor Bilal Demirkhan, an expert in coaching, deans and heads of departments at the Faculty of Sports Science. The meeting focused on establishing scientific cooperation and exploring further opportunities for academic mobility between the two institutions.
