Student Assembly Established at Atyrau University

The opening ceremony of the Student Assembly was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University as part of the implementation of the decisions made during the 33rd Session of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan and in accordance with the action plan for the Assembly’s special projects. The event marked the signing of a memorandum of cooperation to formalize the initiative.
The main goals of the project are to:

• Strengthen the principles of friendship, unity, and mutual understanding among youth;

• Promote respect for national cultures;

• Enhance students’ civic engagement;

• Support scientific and creative initiatives.
During the event, Timur Jumurbayev, Chairman of the national public association “Assembly of Youth”, provided detailed information about the project, while Nurkhan Bakytzhanov, Head of the Atyrau Regional Representation, introduced the regional activities.
Lyailya Koishyghulova, Vice-Rector for Social Affairs and Youth Policy of Atyrau University, signed the memorandum of cooperation with the “Assembly of Youth” public association.
Active students were awarded “Assembly of Youth” certificates, and the head of the Student Assembly was officially appointed.
