Student Zeinbek Khamza gave a report concert

A student of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, laureate of national competitions, Zeinbek Khamza, held a creative concert titled “Zhiger.”
Zeinbek Khamza, specializing in folk instruments, was born in 2004 in Atyrau. Passionate about music from an early age, he received training from the honored cultural figure of Kazakhstan, holder of the “Qurmet” order, and distinguished kuishi Salimgerei Bakytygaliuly, becoming a masterful performer. In 2021, he enrolled in the Department of Music and Arts at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University. Over four years, the dedicated student mastered more than 100 pieces from the repertoire of the Kazakh kui school.
During the concert, he performed kuis by prominent representatives of the Western kui school - Dauletkerey, Dina, Kurmangazy, and Makhambet - as well as compositions by composers Nurgisa Tilendiyev and Karshyga Akhmadiyarov. Zeinbek Khamza has participated in national student subject Olympiads and various creative competitions, winning numerous awards and becoming a multiple-time laureate.
The student’s creative concert was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Arts, Dinara Khamidullina, the Head of the Department of Music and Arts, Professor Akkenzhe Shauzhanova, the musician’s mentors, his parents, and admirers of Kazakh kui. The event also featured performances by artists from educational institutions in Atyrau, who played pieces of various genres on folk instruments.
