"The scientist’s writings never die"
At the Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov, a presentation of the book “History of the Development of Cities in Western Kazakhstan” (late 19th – early 20th century) by Professor Aniya Yermagambetova, candidate of historical sciences, was held, and a scientific seminar was held.
At the meeting organized by the Department of History of Kazakhstan and World History, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Professor and friend of the scientist Gulfairuz Kaiyrgalikyzy made a welcoming speech, who focused on the scientist's research. At the scientific seminar, Deputy Head of the Department of Education of Atyrau region Oryntai Bimanova noted: "Aniya is not only a scientist, but also a caring person with a very special soul, a gentle nature and pure heart." She also suggested opening a "School of Aniya" for young researchers in the future.
The monograph, consisting of two large chapters, was presented as a comprehensive study with a large number of scientific innovations, covering the history of cultural development, political, economic and social factors of the cities of the country’s western region in the late 19th - early 20th centuries.
The scientific meeting was attended by the Chairman of the Council of Veterans of Atyrau University, Ph.D., Associate Professor Shakhman Nagimov, Head of the Atyrau Regional Department of Culture Abil Zholamanov, Deputy Head of the Atyrau Regional Department of Education Oryntai Bimanova, director of the Mangistau Regional Museum of History and Local Lore named after A. Kekilbayev, Ph.D., Elvira Ablanova, head of the experimental laboratory of ecology and biogeochemistry of West Kazakhstan University named after Makhambet Utemisov, Ph.D., Zaripa Kunasheva, Director of the secondary school named after Sh. Ualikhanov, Zhambyl district, Almaty region, Tuigynai Kushenova, Candidate of Sciences, Associate Professor Nagima Nazhmedenkyzy, master, senior lecturer Gulfairuz Shakirova, brother of the scientist, Bisembai Urzhimbaiuly, history teacher of BINOM SHCOOL school-lyceum named after D. Konayev, master of history Shynar Urzhimbayeva, 2nd year master's students in historical and pedagogical education Adilkhan Tolen, Maral Buleeva shared their warm memories and touching stories, made informative reports.
At the end of the scientific event, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Leskali Berdygozhin expressed gratitude to the participants, friends and relatives of the scientist.
