A powerful step in the development of science and cooperation

  The second day of the international scientific and practical conference "Analysis of the International scientific landscape: current data and information tools" was held in the Abai Center.
  Today's conference was devoted to such complex issues as close cooperation with Clarivate and work on the Web of Science (WoS) platform, its resources and tools, basic principles of writing a scientific article, best practices and avoiding mistakes when submitting an article to a research institute.
  At a scientific conference jointly organized by the Atyrau University named after Khalel Dosmukhamedov and Clarivate, the head of the scientific and technical information department of Clarivate in the CIS countries Valentin Bogorov, researcher in the field of radiation materials science Artem Kozlovsky, made the informative reports and shared the best ways to publish a scientific article. Participants asked questions, an open and constructive discussion took place. In the practical part of the event, Valentin Bogorov, the head of the scientific and technical information department of Clarivate in the CIS countries, presented the entire interface of the Web of science platform, showed how to register and correctly fill out a personal page, rational aspects of searching and publishing scientific publications.

  Following the two-day conference, Inesh Kenzhina, the official representative of Clarivate in the Central Asian region, Valentin Grigorievich, head of the scientific and technical information department of Clarivate in the CIS countries, Salamat Idrisov, rector of Atyrau University, presented international certificates on behalf of Clarivate to experts participating in the scientific meeting.
