A Celebration of Science and Intellect: New Books by Professor Kadyr Zhusip

A ceremonial event dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Doctor of Philology, Professor, and Honored Writer of Kazakhstan Kadyr Otegenuly Zhusip was held at Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.

 

During the event, three new books by the scholar were presented:

• “Shapagat II”

• “Khabibolla Sydykov - 90”

• “Aizhan”

 

The ceremony was opened by Rector Salamat Idrissov, who emphasized the scholar’s immense contribution to Kazakh science and literature.

 

Each publication holds special significance:

1. “Shapagat II” - dedicated to the university’s 85th anniversary, highlighting the lives and achievements of distinguished faculty members.

2. “Khabibolla Sydykov - 90” - includes research by scholars from Atyrau and Aktau, as well as previously unpublished manuscripts.

3. “Aizhan” - a new step in the author’s creativity, presenting his debut in prose through a collection of stories.

 

The book launch ceremony was attended by representatives of the academic community, public figures, and journalists.

 

Guests expressed warm congratulations, emphasizing the scholar’s personal qualities and pedagogical legacy.

 

At the end of the evening, Professor Zhusip shared the story behind writing “Aizhan” and thanked the audience.
