Biography

Head of the Department of Physical Education and Basic Military Training. ARALBAYEV Alpysbay Seitkalievich, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences and professor, was born on March 8, 1961, in the village of Sarga, Zhiloy District, Atyrau Region. From 1967 to 1977, he graduated from the V.G. Belinsky Secondary School in the village of Dossor. From 1978 to 1982, he graduated from the Kazakh State Institute of Physical Education, specializing in Physical Education and Sport, in the Wrestling Coach Training Department. In 1982, on the recommendation of the Ministry of Education and Science, he was hired as a teacher in the Sports Department of the Gurevsky Pedagogical Institute and began his career. From 1984 to 1986, he worked as a lecturer in the Department of Sports Disciplines. From 1986 to 1988, by decision of the Institute's Scientific Council, he was sent for a research internship to the Lenin Central State Institute of Physical Culture in Moscow, where he was accepted as a research intern in the Wrestling Department under the supervision of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor R.A. Piloyan. From 1988 to 1991, he entered graduate school at the Moscow Regional State Institute of Physical Culture, successfully defended his dissertation on "Initial Training of Wrestlers Taking into Account the Semantic Structure of Wrestling," and completed his postgraduate studies. In 1992, he received a PhD in pedagogy, specializing in "13.00.04 – Theory and Methodology of Sports Training, Health, and Physical Education." In 1999, by decision of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, he was awarded the title of associate professor. From 1992 to 2004, he served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Physical Education and Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Distance Learning. In 2005, he was awarded the title of Honored Sambo Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his achievements in training athletes. From 2005 to 2007, he was a professor in the Department of Sports Disciplines, and from 2007 to 2020, he headed the Department of Physical Education. In March 2020, he was appointed head of the Department of Physical Education and Basic Military Training, where he currently works. In 2021, by decision of the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science, he was awarded the title of Professor of Pedagogy. Awards: - "Bib" named after Y.
