Biography
Bisembayeva Toty Zhumazhanovna is a Senior Lecturer and Master of Pedagogical Sciences. She was born in 1978 in the town of Kulsary, Embinsky District, Guryev Region.
In 1995, she graduated with honors from Secondary School No. 6 named after A. S. Pushkin in Kulsary, Zhylyoi District, Atyrau Region.
In 1995, she entered the Faculty of Philology at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University, majoring in “Russian Language and Literature,” and graduated in 1999.
In 1999, she began her professional career as a trainee lecturer at the Department of Psychology at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University.
In 2013, she enrolled in a Master’s program in 6M010300 – “Pedagogy and Psychology” and in 2015 was awarded the academic degree of Master of Pedagogical Sciences. In 2024, she graduated from the Academy of Public Friendship University named after Academician A. Kuatbekov, majoring in 6B01110 – “Pedagogy and Psychology.”
She has served as an academic advisor and curator for the educational programs 5B050300 – “Psychology” and 7M01101 – “Pedagogy and Psychology.” She is a member of the Academic Committee of the 6B03101 – “Psychology” educational program.
She contributed to proposals and amendments to the Psychologist Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
