Biography

Omarova Gulzhazira Ruzaiqyzy is a Senior Lecturer and holds a Master’s degree. She was born on May 23, 1985, in Aktas village, Esil district, North Kazakhstan Region. In 2006, she successfully graduated from M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University (Petropavlovsk, Kazakhstan) with a degree in “Pedagogy and Psychology.” In 2012, she obtained a Master’s degree in “Pedagogy” (Higher Education program) from Omsk State Pedagogical University (Omsk, Russian Federation). She began her professional career at M. Kozybayev North Kazakhstan State University at the Department of Psychology as a lecturer and also served as Deputy Dean for Academic and Educational Work (2006–2011). After getting married and relocating to Atyrau, she worked as a Master’s program specialist and an academic-methodological department specialist at the Atyrau Institute of Oil and Gas (2011–2016). Since 2016, she has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University. She has published around 20 scientific and methodological articles in proceedings of national and international scientific-practical conferences. In 2023, as a member of the university project “Futurological Study of Career Choice Among Youth” (supervised by Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor L. E. Koishyghulova), she conducted futurological research within the project.
