Biography
Sabirov Aidar Ramazanovich is a Senior Lecturer and Academic Associate Professor. He was born on November 6, 1962, in Damba village, Balykshy District, Guryev Region.
In 1985, he graduated with honors from the Faculty of History and Philology of the Guryev Pedagogical Institute, majoring in “Teacher of History, Social Studies, and Law.”
From 1985 to 1993, he worked as a teacher, military instructor, and deputy principal for academic affairs at Zhambyl Secondary School in Balykshy District. In 1986–1987, he completed compulsory military service in the Red Banner Central Asian Military District.
Since 1993, he has been working at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, serving as lecturer, senior lecturer, academic associate professor, and senior lecturer in the Departments of General and Folk Pedagogy, Pedagogy, Psychology, and Pedagogy.
He is the author of educational and scientific works, including “Moral and Spiritual Education Based on Folk Pedagogy” (2001), “The Foundations of Education and Upbringing” (2003), “State Attestation Program in Pedagogy” (2004), “Education. Upbringing. History” (2014), “From a Great Teacher to a Responsible Generation” (2020), and “Personality: Understanding and Representation” (2024). He has published more than 100 articles in national journals.
He actively participates in the educational, methodological, research, and upbringing activities of the university and department. From 2000 to 2006, he was a member of the university trade union committee. Since 2005, he has been a member of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan.
