Sabirova Zhanylsyn Nurmukhanovna

Sabirova Zhanylsyn Nurmukhanovna is a Candidate of Psychological Sciences and an Associate Professor. She was born on September 9, 1961, in Guryev (now Atyrau). In 1983, she graduated from the Faculty of Biology and Chemistry of the Guryev Pedagogical Institute, majoring in “Teacher of Biology and Chemistry.” In 2016, she graduated with honors from Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University, specializing in “Defectology–Speech Therapy.” She began her teaching career in 1983 and has worked continuously at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University to the present day. She started as a lecturer at the Department of Psychology and currently works as an Associate Professor of the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy. In 2005, she defended her dissertation at Dissertation Council D.14A02.32 of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University on the topic “Psychological Views of M. Zhumabayev,” which was approved in 2006 (Protocol No. 10 dated 01.07.2006). On February 26, 2011, by decision of the Committee for Control in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in Psychology. In the 2007–2009 academic years, she served as Head of the Department of Psychology. In 2018, she was awarded the title “Best University Teacher.” She is the author of more than 150 scientific articles published in Scopus, Web of Science, RSCI-indexed journals, and journals of the Committee for Control in Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as 2 monographs and 6 textbooks and teaching-methodological manuals. She holds 2 copyright certificates. Under her supervision, more than 50 master’s theses have been completed.
