Biography

Tleuova Aliya Seitzhanovna graduated in 2014 from Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University with a degree in Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages. In 2015 she completed her Master’s degree at Abylai Khan Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages in the same specialty and obtained the degree of Master of Pedagogical Sciences. Since 2017 she has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Foreign Language Teaching Methodology. Her research articles have been published in proceedings of national and international scientific conferences and in the scientific-methodological journal Khabarshy-Vestnik. A.S. Tleuova continuously develops her professional qualifications. In 2019 she completed a professional development course titled “Modern Pedagogical Technologies in Higher Education within the Updated Educational Content.” She also participated in an Erasmus+ academic mobility program at Poitiers University in France. During the period from 2018 to 2021 she has been participated in the “Remote Teaching English” project organized by British Council in partnership with NCOC. She has also completed online courses from British Council and FutureLearn and received certificates. In 2019 she was selected through a competitive process to attend a summer school in the United Kingdom at Edinburgh College in Edinburgh. In 2020 she passed the TOEFL ITP international English language test with a score of 503.
