Ispanova Elmira Zhumabayevna

Ispanova Elmira is a Senior Lecturer and Master of Pedagogical Sciences. She was born on June 17, 1986, in the Rembaza settlement of Guryev city (now Atyrau). From 2004 to 2008, she studied at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University, majoring in "Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education.” From 2008 to 2010, she continued her studies in the master’s program in the same specialty and obtained the academic degree of Master of Pedagogical Sciences. In her professional career, she has been engaged in scientific and methodological work in the fields of primary education pedagogy, teaching methodology, the development of functional literacy, and the enhancement of future teachers’ professional competencies. During her scientific and pedagogical activities, she has actively participated in regional and national scientific-practical conferences, seminars, and methodological projects. She has a number of publications indexed in the international databases Scopus and Web of Science, as well as in scientific journals recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition, within the framework of research and innovation projects, she participated in university projects: in the 2023–2024 academic year: “Improving the Mechanism of Early Career Guidance Activities of University Staff within the Framework of Forming the Student Contingent for Educational Programs in Pedagogical Fields”; in the 2025–2026 academic year: “Innovative Educational Ecosystem: Enhancing Early Childhood Development through the Integration of STEM, Ecology, and Digital Technologies.” Within these projects, she was engaged in studying and implementing innovative pedagogical practices.
