Maratova Assel Maratkyzy

Graduated from Caspian Modern College in Translation Studies (2014), then from Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov in “Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages” (2017). In 2019, successfully completed a Master’s program in Pedagogy and Psychology at Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov and defended her Master’s dissertation on “Psychological and Pedagogical Conditions for Activating Students’ Educational and Cognitive Activity in the System of Modernized Education,” earning the title of Master of Pedagogical Sciences. In September 2019, she began working as a lecturer in English and French at Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov. On November 1, 2022, she was appointed Senior Lecturer at the Department of Translation Studies and Foreign Languages. On September 1, 2023, she was appointed Deputy Dean for Strategy and Science at the Faculty of Polylingual Education, and on September 5, 2024, she voluntarily left this position. She was then reappointed as Senior Lecturer at the Department of Translation Studies and Foreign Languages. Since 2022 – present, she has been teaching the discipline Audiovisual Translation for translation students.
