Demeshova Gulmira Utemissovna

Demesheva Gulmira Utemisovna is a Senior Lecturer and Master of Pedagogical Sciences. She was born on October 28, 1975, in the city of Atyrau (formerly Guryev). In 1992–1996, she graduated from Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University with a degree in Preschool Pedagogy and Psychology, obtaining the qualification of a teacher of preschool pedagogy and psychology and a preschool education methodologist. In 2012–2014, she studied at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University in the specialty “Pedagogy and Psychology” and obtained a Master’s degree in Pedagogical Sciences. From 2016 to 2019, she pursued postgraduate studies at I. Arabaev Bishkek State University. In 2022, she defended her Candidate of Sciences dissertation in the specialty 13.00.01 — “General Pedagogy, History of Pedagogy and Education” on the topic “Formation of the Foundations of Health-Preserving Competence in Senior Preschool Children.” By the decision of the National Attestation Commission under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 2, 2023, she was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences. Since 1997, she has worked as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pedagogy and Methods of Primary Education. In 2005–2013, she served as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Psychology and also performed the duties of Secretary of the Scientific and Methodological Seminar. Since 2020, she has been working as a Senior Lecturer and Master at the Department of Preschool and Primary Education, as well as Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of Innovative Education. Currently, she is a member of various university-level councils and working groups, including the University Educational and Methodological Council, the Faculty Academic Council, and the Educational Program Development Group. Throughout her professional career, she has published more than 50 scientific works, including articles in international scientific journals indexed in Web of Science and Scopus, as well as in journals recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Science and Higher Education.
