Kali Rakhat Konysbayuly

RAKHAT KONYSBAYULY KALI is a Master of Economic Sciences, a young researcher, and a promising lecturer in the field of higher education. He was born on January 4, 2001, in Sagyz village, Kyzylkoga district, Atyrau region. In 2018, he was admitted to the Faculty of Economics and Law of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, majoring in “State and Local Administration,” and successfully completed his studies in 2022. In the same year, he continued his education and entered the master’s program at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Astana. In 2024, he was awarded a Master’s degree in Economic Sciences. He began his professional career in 2024 as a lecturer at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Law, at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University. He currently works at this department, engaging in both teaching and research activities. His scientific interests include improving the efficiency of the public administration system, enhancing the quality of strategic decision-making, and developing the professional competencies of future civil servants. Rakhat Konyssbayuly is actively involved in academic activities and regularly participates in international conferences and scientific forums. In particular, during the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, he took part in the international science and education forum “The Caspian Region at the Crossroads of Eras and Cultures: Challenges and Prospects of the Sustainable Development Paradigm,” held in Aktau, Mangystau region, and received a certificate of participation. In his teaching activity, he delivers undergraduate courses such as “Theory of Public Administration,” “Conflict Management in Public Service,” “Ethics of Public Service,” and “Project Management.”
