Kali Rakhat Konysbayuly

(Atyrau Region, Kyzylkoga District, Sagyz village, born on January 4, 2001) In 2018, he was admitted to the Educational Program “State and Local Governance” at the Faculty of Economics and Law of Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov. In 2022, he completed his undergraduate studies in this specialty and continued his education in the Master’s program in the same field at L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University (Astana). In 2024, he was awarded the academic degree of Master of Economic Sciences and was appointed as a Lecturer at the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Law, Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov. Research interests include: improving the efficiency of the public administration system, enhancing the quality of strategic decision-making, and developing the professional competencies of future civil servants. Participation in international conferences, symposia, and seminars: In the first semester of the 2025–2026 academic year, he participated in the International Scientific and Educational Forum “The Caspian Region at the Crossroads of Eras and Cultures: Challenges and Prospects of the Sustainable Development Paradigm,” held in Aktau, Mangystau Region. Participation was confirmed by a certificate. Currently, at the undergraduate level, he teaches the following courses:Theory of Public Administration; Conflict Management in the Civil Service; Ethics of Public Service;Project Management, etc.
