Biography
Yermekbayeva Ainur Konilkoshkyzy
(born on October 15, 1979, in Esbol village, Makhambet district, Atyrau region, Kazakhstan)
In 1997, she was admitted to the specialty “Economics and Management” at the Faculty of Economics of Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University, which she graduated from with honors in 2001. In the same year, she began her academic career as a trainee lecturer at the Department of Economic Theory.
In 2006, she completed a specialized Master’s degree in “Management” at Atyrau University of Oil and Gas. In 2014, she earned a scientific and pedagogical Master’s degree in “Management” from M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University.
In 2013, she was awarded the international Bolashak scholarship. From February 10, 2013 to February 10, 2014, she completed an academic internship at the University of Northampton (Northampton, United Kingdom) in the field of “Theory and Methods of Teaching and Education (1.78.T).”
Her research interests include crisis management, human capital, and HR innovations. She holds certificates of professional development and participation in training seminars. Her research papers have been published in academic journals and conference proceedings at various levels.
She teaches the following courses: “Microeconomics,” “Economic Theory,” “Time Management,” “HR Management,” and others.
In 2025, she took the IELTS Academic international examination and achieved an overall band score of 5.0 (certificate validity – 2 years). She also passed the KAZTEST examination, scoring 142 points and confirming a C1 level of proficiency in the Kazakh language.
