Biography
In 1997, she was admitted to the Faculty of Economics of Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov, majoring in “Economics and Management,” and graduated with honors in 2001. In the same year, she was employed as a trainee lecturer at the Department of Economic Theory.
In 2006, she completed a specialized master’s program in “Management” at Atyrau Oil and Gas University. In 2014, she graduated from the scientific and pedagogical master’s program in “Management” at M. Utemisov West Kazakhstan State University.
In 2013, she won the international “Bolashak” scholarship program and completed an internship from February 10, 2013, to February 10, 2014, at the University of Northampton in Northampton, United Kingdom, in the field of “Theory and Methods of Teaching and Education 1.78.T.”
Her scientific interests include crisis management, human capital, and HR innovations.
She has certificates confirming participation in professional development courses and training seminars. Her research articles have been published in journals and presented at various international and national conferences.
Currently, she teaches undergraduate courses such as “Microeconomics,” “Economic Theory,” “Time Management,” “HR Management,” and others.
In 2025, she took the IELTS Academic international exam and scored 5.0 (certificate validity: 2 years). She also passed the KAZTEST exam with 142 points, confirming C1 level proficiency.
