Dyussegaliyeva Bakitnur

BAKITNUR MUKHITOVNA DUSEGALIEVA is a Master of Economics, Senior Lecturer, and a highly qualified specialist with extensive experience in higher education. She graduated from Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov in 2008 with a degree in Finance. In 2013, she continued her studies at the same university and obtained a master’s degree in Economics. In 2020, she studied in the postgraduate program at Kalmyk State University named after B.B. Gorodovikov. She began her professional career in 2009 at the Atyrau branch of Kaspi Bank JSC, where she worked in the banking sector until 2013. From 2013 to 2014, she worked as a trainee lecturer at the Department of Economics and Management at Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov. From 2014 to 2016, she served as a lecturer at the Department of Management, and from 2016 to 2022 she worked as a senior lecturer. Since 2023, she has been serving as the Head of the Department of Management at Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov. Her research interests focus on the development of digital models of agro-industrial cooperation. Her scientific works have been published in national and international journals. In particular, she has published articles on the current state of livestock economics, the effectiveness of introducing digital technologies in agriculture, and methods of adapting Kazakhstan’s agricultural sector to a “green economy.” Bakитnур Mukhitovna is also actively involved in teaching and methodological work. She is the author of the textbooks “Fundamentals of Innovative Economy” (2019) and “HR Management” (2022). In addition, she conducts research on the methodological aspects of developing and implementing ecosystem-building strategies. Her contributions have been recognized with an Appreciation Letter from the Rector of Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov in 2021. In 2025, she received an appreciation award from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
