Jaily Elepkyzy Baltoğaeva

(born October 20, 1965, in Turgyzba village, Zhyloi District, Atyrau Region) graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in 1993. She has been working at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University since 1993. She holds a PhD in Philology (2003) and is an Associate Professor. Her scholarly work includes the monograph “Genre and Artistic Features of Magzhan Zhumabayev’s Poems” (2015), the collection of research articles “The Layers of Artistic Thought” (2024), and numerous articles published in scientific journals. Awards and honors include Certificates of Appreciation from city and regional administrations, the University Rector, the Minister of Education and Science of Kazakhstan (September 27, 2021; December 8, 2021), and the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan’s badge “For Contribution to the Development of the Native Language” (2024).
