Biography

(born January 18, 1963, in Taypak District, West Kazakhstan Region) graduated from the S.M. Kirov Kazakh State University in 1988. She has been working at Kh.Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University since 1988. She holds the degree of Candidate of Philological Sciences (2004) and is an Associate Professor. Her positions include Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs of the Faculty of History and Philology (2005–2007), Head of the Department of Modern Kazakh Language (2007–2014), Dean of the Faculty of Multilingual Education (2016–2017), Head of the Department of Multilingual Preparatory Studies (2017–2021), Head of the Department of Kazakh Language and Literature (2021–2025). Her scholarly work includes being a grant recipient of the Scientific Projects Competition organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2006), author of the dictionary “Toponyms of Atyrau Region” (2010), and numerous articles published in scientific journals on language studies. Awards and honors include certificates of recognition from the Regional Education Department, the Language Development Department, city and regional administrations, letters of appreciation from the university rector, the Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Science and Education of Kazakhstan (2017), commemorative medals for the 25th anniversary of Independence and the 30th anniversary of the December events (2016), the Silver Medal named after A. Baitursynov (2021), the commemorative medal for the 85th anniversary of Abish Kekilbayev (2024), and the badge “For Contribution to the Development of the Mother Tongue” from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan (2024).
