Didar Amandikovich Tuleuov

Didar Amandikovich Tuleuov is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Fine Arts and Design of H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, Master of Technical Sciences, and a member of the Eurasian Designers Union. He was born on August 2, 1967. From 1988 to 1993, he studied at the Faculty of Art and Graphics of Abai Almaty State University, where he qualified as a teacher of Fine Arts, Technical Drawing, and Labor Education. Later, from 2016 to 2018, he completed a Master’s degree in Information Systems at the Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Telecommunication Systems and obtained a Master of Technical Sciences degree. He began his professional career in 1994 at H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University as a lecturer in the Department of Fine Arts and Drawing. He later continued his academic career at the Department of Fine Arts and Design, first as a Senior Lecturer and then as a Senior Lecturer in an advanced academic position. Over the years, he has successfully integrated art education, design, and digital technologies into his pedagogical practice. He continuously improves his professional qualifications. Over the years, he has completed training programs at the Orleu National Center for Professional Development, the Center of Pedagogical Excellence of Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools, the T. Zhurgenov Kazakh National Academy of Arts, Akdeniz University, Häme University of Applied Sciences, and H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University. His professional development areas include updated educational content, graphic design, Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp, inclusive education, contemporary issues in art education and design, pedagogical education models, and professional quality enhancement. He also participated in sculpture and painting workshops within the “Saraishyk – Heritage of the Ancestors” project. In his academic, methodological, and mentoring work, he supervises student research projects and serves as an external academic consultant for school teachers. His professional interests focus on art education, design, the use of graphic software, and the development of students’ creative potential. Mr. Tuleuov actively participates in international exhibitions, symposia, and online creative projects. In 2020, he took part in the international online exhibition dedicated to the 70th anniversary of H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University. In 2021, he participated in the group online exhibition of the 4th International Mediterranean Fine Arts Symposium held in Antalya, Türkiye, presenting his creative work in an international context. For his many years of creative and academic service, he has received numerous awards. In 2016, he was awarded the Eurasian Designers Union medal “For Creative Distinction in Design Art” and a second-degree diploma at the 3rd International Exhibition dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He also received a third-degree diploma at the regional art competition “Patriotism – National Spirit” organized by the Sh. Sariyev Museum of Fine and Applied Arts. In 2023, he received a Letter of Appreciation from the regional Akim. In 2024, he was awarded a Letter of Appreciation from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and in 2025, he received the badge “For Contribution to the Development of the University” on the occasion of the university’s 85th anniversary.
