Aisa Bakhtiyarovich Utaraliyev

senior lecturerAisa Bakhtiyarovich Utaraliyev is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Fine Arts and Design of H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University and a member of the Union of Artists of Kazakhstan. He was born on June 23, 1956. From 1975 to 1979, he studied at the N.V. Gogol Almaty Art College, where he received professional artistic training. From 1981 to 1986, he continued his education at Abai Kazakh Pedagogical Institute, obtaining higher education in the field of art education. He began his professional career in 1979. Between 1979 and 1988, he worked as a technologist in the industrial sector (Mesprom). From 1988 to 2005, he was actively engaged in creative work within the Union of Artists, developing as a professional artist. Since 2005, he has been working at H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University at the Department of Fine Arts and Design, first as a lecturer and later as a Senior Lecturer. Throughout his long-standing creative and teaching career, he has successfully combined professional artistic practice with education, contributing to the development of students’ creative potential. His professional achievements and contributions to the cultural sphere have been highly recognized. In 2014, he was awarded the badge “Honored Worker of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.” In 2018, he received the A. Kasteev Gold Medal for his outstanding contribution to fine arts.
