Aidyn Abilkairovich Lukpanov

Biography
Aidyn Abilkairovich Lukpanov is a Master of Humanities and Senior Lecturer at the Department of Journalism and Public Relations, Faculty of Humanities and Arts, H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University. He was born on September 1, 1980, in Atyrau.
From 1997 to 2002, he studied Political Science at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, obtaining the qualification of political scientist and university lecturer. In 2016–2018, he earned a Master’s degree in Philosophy from Aktobe University named after S. Baishev. From 2018 to 2021, he pursued PhD studies in Sociology at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
Since 2002, he has been working at H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, holding positions from trainee lecturer to senior lecturer.
In 2007–2008, he served as Deputy Dean for Student Affairs at the Faculty of Economics, Finance, and Management. From 2004 to 2012, he headed the “Zangar” non-governmental organization. In 2013–2015, he founded and led the student scientific-philosophical club “Logos.” In 2014–2015, he was Head of the Sociological Research Laboratory.
Between 2014 and 2016, he worked as a senior expert in the Department of Monitoring and Analysis of Public Accord at the Atyrau Regional Akimat. Since 2014, he has been a member of the scientific-expert group of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan in the Atyrau region.
His teaching disciplines include political science, sociology, and cultural studies.
