Biography
Mugauina Gulbaram Olzhagaliyevna is a PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) and Associate Professor. She was born on October 2, 1985, in Zeleny village, Inder district, Atyrau region.
In 1992, she entered the first grade of B. Nysanbayev Secondary School in Zeleny village, which she completed in 2001. In 2001, she enrolled in the Atyrau Pedagogical College named after K. Dutbayeva, majoring in “English Language Teacher,” and graduated in 2005.
In 2005, she began her professional career as an English teacher at B. Nysanbayev Secondary School in Koktogay village, Inder district, Atyrau region.
From 2006 to 2010, she studied at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University in the program “Foreign Language: Two Foreign Languages.”
Since December 1, 2008, she has been working as a laboratory assistant at the Department of General and Folk Pedagogy at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University.
From 2012 to 2014, she completed a Master’s degree (6M010300 – “Pedagogy and Psychology”) at the Regional Social-Innovation University in Shymkent.
From 2012 to 2018, she worked as a specialist (methodologist) at the Academic Department. In 2014–2016, she studied in the program 5B051000 – “State and Local Administration,” earning a qualification in “Public Sector Management.”
From 2018 to 2021, she studied in the doctoral program at L. N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Astana.
Since September 1, 2021, she has been working as an Associate Professor, PhD, at the Department of Psychology and Pedagogy of the Faculty of Innovative Education. On October 28, 2022, she successfully defended her dissertation in 6D010300 – “Pedagogy and Psychology” and was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
From 2021 to 2024, she served as Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Innovative Education.
