Legal Literacy as the Foundation of Public Safety

At Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, a lecture was held for students majoring in Law and Law Enforcement within the framework of the “Law and Order” principle. The event was organized by the Legal Clinic of the Faculty of Economics and Law.

Prosecutors of the Department for the Formation of Legal Awareness in the Criminal Sphere - Rizuan Bekbolatuly Kartkuzhakov and Nursultan Baurzhanuly Burabek - delivered an informative lecture on “Stalking, Bullying, and Dropper-Related Criminal Offenses.”

Second- and third-year students, as well as Legal Clinic participants, actively took part in the event. During the lecture, key issues related to crime prevention and legal responsibility were discussed in detail.

Students raised relevant questions, particularly third-year students who inquired about articles of the Criminal Code related to drug offenses and recent amendments to criminal legislation. The prosecutors provided clear answers and professional guidance for future lawyers.

Such meetings contribute to enhancing legal awareness among young people and fostering respect for the law.
