March 19 marks National Sports Day. As part of the Nauryz celebration, a special event dedicated to National Sports Day was held to promote traditional sports.
The event was organized by the Faculty of Innovative Education and highlighted the rich heritage passed down from our ancestors through national games.
Participants competed in traditional games such as archery, togyzkumalak, tug of war, and asyk atu. The celebration was accompanied by live dombyra music, songs, and vibrant dance performances, creating a festive atmosphere.
In addition, a fair featuring traditional Kazakh jewelry and handmade textile crafts was organized.
During the event, videos created with the help of artificial intelligence were presented, showcasing Kazakh national games.
