Aigul Sultangubiyeva, Head of the Department of Translation Studies and Foreign Languages, Candidate of Philological Sciences and Associate Professor at Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, conducted an informative workshop for students titled “Academic Time Management.”
During the meeting, the speaker emphasized the importance of effective academic time management and explained ways to improve learning productivity.
The workshop covered the key principles of time planning, common challenges faced by students during their studies, strategies for overcoming procrastination, and practical tools for effective time management.
Students received valuable guidance on building daily study schedules, setting priorities, using time efficiently, and maintaining a balance between academic work and self-development. Participants also completed interactive tasks in a Q&A format and learned how to create daily and weekly plans using Google Calendar and Microsoft Planner.
At the end of the workshop, students expressed their appreciation and noted that the session had provided strong motivation to improve their academic performance.
