International Meeting Held at Atyrau University

A meeting was held between the Chairman of the Management Board - Rector of Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, Salamat N. Idrissov, and a delegation from the Republic of Kalmykia.

 

The delegation included Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor Larisa V. Dzhabruyeva of B.B. Gorodovikov Kalmyk State University, as well as fourth-year students Tatyana Mandzhiyeva and Tsagana Bakurova.

 

The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. Salamat N. Idrissov expressed his gratitude to the guests for delivering lectures to university students, contributing to effective cooperation, strengthening interuniversity relations, facilitating professional exchange, and promoting academic mobility for faculty and students.

 

The guests also met with Vice-Rector for Strategic Development and Internationalization Bakhyt O. Altynbasov. During the meeting, the parties outlined future areas of cooperation between the two universities, including faculty exchange programs and the implementation of student academic mobility initiatives.

 

On February 20, 2026, at Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, Larisa V. Dzhabruyeva, Candidate of Biological Sciences, Associate Professor, and Head of the Department of Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technology of the Faculty of Medicine at B.B. Gorodovikov Kalmyk State University, delivered guest lectures for the Departments of Ecology and Chemistry and Chemical Technology.

 

The lectures were conducted for students of the educational programs 6B05201 - “Applied Ecology” and 6B01507 - “Teacher of Chemistry and Biology.”
