Law and Order: The Foundation of Justice

A meeting with representatives of law enforcement agencies was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, organized by the Atyrau regional branch of the nationwide anti-corruption movement ZHAŃARU.

The event was opened by the Director of the regional branch of ZHAŃARU and Chair of the Board - Rector of the University, Salamat Idrissov. In his remarks, he emphasized that fostering legal culture among youth, promoting respect for the law, and strengthening anti-corruption values are among the university’s key priorities.

The meeting was attended by representatives of law enforcement agencies, including:

• Farkhat Amanzholovich Aruov - Senior Investigator, Investigation Division of the Atyrau City Police Department, Police Major

• Maryana Kazbekovna Jangaliyeva - Senior Operative Officer, Department for Countering Drug-Related Crimes of the Atyrau Regional Police, Police Lieutenant Colonel

• Dauren Maksimovich Mukhanbetaliyev - Operative Officer, Department for Countering Cybercrime of the Atyrau Regional Police, Police Captain

The session featured an open discussion on improving youth legal literacy and understanding the importance of law and order in society. Participants explored the causes and consequences of legal violations, methods of prevention, and viewed thematic video materials. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and receive expert responses.

At the conclusion of the event, Salamat Idrissov presented Letters of Appreciation to the law enforcement representatives for their contribution to strengthening legal culture among the youth.
