Students Met with Chairman of the Ethics Council Nurlan Yerkebayev

Fourth-year students of the Faculty of Innovative Education at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University met with Nurlan Yerkebayev, Head of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Atyrau region and Chairman of the Ethics Council.

The main purpose of the meeting was to encourage talented, capable, and leadership-oriented young people to pursue careers in public service and to increase their interest in this professional field.

In his address, Nurlan Yerkebayev spoke about recent updates and innovations in the civil service recruitment process.

“The civil service provides young people with a great opportunity to develop professionally and contribute to the country’s progress. Therefore, we are committed to attracting talented graduates to the field of public administration,” noted Yerkebayev.

During the meeting, students asked questions about the procedures for entering the civil service, the stages of the selection process, and opportunities for professional growth, receiving comprehensive answers from the speaker.
