“Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University” announces a competition for the replacement of vacant positions of deans, heads of departments, heads of structural divisions, and faculty members of the University.

Dean of Faculty:

• Department of Criminal Law Disciplines – 1 position;

• Department of Physics and Technical Disciplines – 1 position;

• Department of Mathematics and Methods of Teaching Mathematics – 1 position;

• Department of Kazakh Language and Literature – 1 position;

• Department of Ecology – 1 position.

Associate Professor:

• Department of Physical Culture and Initial Military Training – 1 position;

• Department of Psychology and Pedagogy – 1 position;

Qualification requirements for the above-mentioned positions are specified in the qualification characteristics of employees of the NJSC “Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University” on the university’s website (atyrau.edu.kz).

Applicants wishing to participate in the competition must submit their documents to the University’s HR Management and Development Department either in person or by post to the address indicated in the announcement, within the application period.

The application is submitted to the Head of the University in the form provided by the HR Department specialist. The following documents must be attached:

1. Personal data sheet;

2. Autobiography, curriculum vitae of the applicant, and 2 photos (3x4);

3. Copy of an identity document and original for verification;

4. Copies of diplomas of higher or postgraduate education, academic degrees and/or titles (if any), with originals for verification. Copies of foreign diplomas obtained by citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan must be accompanied by recognition/nostrification certificates (except for diplomas obtained under the Bolashak program or covered by international agreements);

5. Copies of retraining and professional development certificates (if any) with originals for verification;

6. List of scientific works and inventions (if any);

7. Copy of a document confirming employment history, notarized or certified by the HR office. Not required if the applicant has no work experience and it is not mandatory for the position;

8. Medical certificate (form №075/у), issued within 6 months before submission (or notarized copy);

9. Certificate from a neuropsychiatric organization;

10. Certificate from a narcological organization;

11. Criminal record certificate issued by the Committee of Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

12. Presentation of an action/development program for the position (electronic form, max 10 slides).

For current University employees wishing to apply:

1. Application addressed to the Head of the University (form provided by HR office);

2. Curriculum vitae verified by the University HR office no later than 1 month before submission;

3. Copy of an identity document and original for verification;

4. Copies of retraining and professional development certificates (if any) with originals;

5. Presentation of a development program for the position (electronic form, max 10 slides).

Submission of an incomplete document package will result in rejection of the application.

The following individuals are not eligible to participate in the competition:

• Under 18 years of age;

• Declared legally incapable or partially capable by a court;

• Prohibited by court to hold positions in educational organizations;

• Having medical conditions preventing job duties (based on medical certificate);

• Convicted of corruption crimes;

• Having an unexpunged or outstanding criminal record at the time of application.

Document submission period: within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of publication of this announcement.
The date and venue of the competition will be announced separately.
