“Caspian” Laboratory for Integrated Environmental Research and Monitoring Conducts “Lab Tour” for 100 School Students

The scientific staff of the “Caspian” Laboratory for Integrated Environmental Research and Monitoring, operating under the Institute of Ecology, Biosciences, and Nanotechnology, organized a “Lab Tour” event for 100 students of Dinmukhamed Kunayev Binom School-Lyceum. The laboratory focuses on the analysis of air, water, and soil composition.
During the event, students were introduced to the importance of environmental monitoring, modern laboratory equipment, and methods for analyzing water and soil samples.
The main goal of the event was to promote environmental awareness among schoolchildren, foster interest in science, and encourage them to pursue future careers in ecology, biotechnology, and nanotechnology. The staff of the “Caspian” laboratory plans to hold such events regularly, as they contribute to increasing students’ interest in scientific research and to cultivating ecological consciousness.
