Today, as part of Orientation Week, an interfaculty quest was held for first-year students at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.
The main purpose of the quest was to familiarize students with the university’s internal infrastructure, help them adapt to their new environment, foster team spirit, and strengthen friendly relations among the faculties.
Students from all six faculties of the university took part in the quest and completed a series of engaging pre-prepared tasks. The participants visited important locations across the university, including the Monument Square, Scientific Library, classrooms, cafeteria, university courtyard, gym, Main Building, and information stands.
At each station, the teams took group photos, got acquainted with students from other faculties, completed sports activities, and created video content.
The quest provided participants not only with an opportunity to become more familiar with the university campus, but also to build cooperation, demonstrate team spirit, and showcase their creativity.
Following the results of the quest:
- “Most Active Team” – Faculty of Natural Sciences;
- “Most Creative Team” – Faculty of Humanities and Arts;
- “Most United Team” – Faculty of Innovative Education.
Students who demonstrated outstanding activity and distinguished themselves during the quest were awarded university-branded gifts.
Held in an entertaining and educational format, the quest contributed to first-year students’ adaptation to university life, helped them make new friends, and provided them with useful information about their university.
