Ahead of the new academic year, the latest meeting of the Academic Council was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University.
The meeting addressed preparations for the 2026–2027 academic year, the creation of comfortable conditions for students, and the effective organization of the educational process. Particular attention was also paid to the requirements and priorities outlined at the national August conference with the participation of President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, including improving the quality of education, developing human capital, promoting the fundamental values of the Constitution, and supporting science and innovation.
During the meeting, the working curricula for first-year educational programs for the 2026–2027 academic year, teaching workload, and the academic calendar were approved. A number of other important issues related to the effective organization of the new academic year were also discussed.
The decisions adopted by the Academic Council are based on the priorities identified by the Head of State and are aimed at improving the quality of education and creating a favorable educational environment for students.
