Students of H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University achieved outstanding success at the KMG Digital National Hackathon, securing top prize-winning positions.
A team of university students, supervised by Assylbek Gizatov, Senior Researcher at the Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics, and Applied Technologies, won First Place in the competition.
The team members were:
- Bektas Zhaksylyk — third-year student of the Business Analytics and IT Project Management educational program;
- Galymzhan Amangeldi — second-year student of the Business Analytics and IT Project Management educational program;
- Azamat Omirtay — third-year student of the Systems and Network Administration educational program;
- Mirzhan Fayzullayev — third-year student of the Applied Informatics in Design educational program.
It is worth noting that this team had previously represented the university at the international AI-Hackathon held in Tashkent, where they gained valuable experience in solving complex technological challenges at the international level.
Second Place was awarded to a team consisting of Orynbasar Izbasar, a first-year master's student in the Software Engineering educational program, and Assylbek Gizatov, Senior Researcher at the Research Institute of Physics, Mathematics, and Applied Technologies.
