Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University hosted an online graduates’ conference for recipients of educational grants awarded by the “Qazaqstan Halqyna” Public Foundation.
The event was attended by Lazzat Shyngysbayeva, Chairperson of the Management Board of the “Qazaqstan Halqyna” Public Foundation, who delivered a congratulatory address to the grant recipients. Banu Nurgaziyeva, Chairperson of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees, and Shyngys Sharapiyev, Head of the Charity Programs Coordination Center, also spoke about the opportunities provided by the grant program and its role in shaping the future of young people.
In addition, Lyaila Koishygulova, Vice-Rector for Social Affairs and Youth Policy of the university, as well as parents of the students, expressed their sincere gratitude to the “Qazaqstan Halqyna” Public Foundation for providing young people with access to higher education.
During the conference, Gulzira Kussayinova, a grant recipient and student of the Two Foreign Languages educational program at the Faculty of Multilingual Education, shared her experience. She emphasized that the Foundation’s support had enabled her to receive a quality education and confidently pursue her professional goals.
Since 2022, a total of 75 students have been studying at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University under this grant program. This year, the first 12 students successfully completed their studies and became the university’s first graduates supported by the “Qazaqstan Halqyna” educational grant.
As part of the conference, graduates shared their academic achievements and highlighted the significant contribution of the grant to their professional development and personal growth. They noted that the support provided them with a valuable opportunity to obtain a quality education and build a strong foundation for their future careers.
The event also emphasized the importance of the Foundation’s assistance to socially vulnerable youth and expressed confidence that the educational grant program will continue in the future.
