A republican scientific seminar entitled “Pedagogical Management and Digital Transformation in the Modern Educational Environment” was held at Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University in honor of the 70th anniversary of Nurzhaugan Zhumasheva, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Professor of the Department of Preschool and Primary Education.
The purpose of the seminar was to discuss current trends in pedagogical management and share educational practices in the context of digital transformation. The event brought together scholars from higher education institutions, heads of educational organizations, teachers, educational researchers, doctoral students, and master’s students from across Kazakhstan.
Opening the seminar, Chairman of the Board -Rector of Atyrau University Salamat Idrissov noted:
“Throughout her career at the university, Nurzhaugan Sarsenkyzy has successfully served as a senior lecturer, deputy dean, and head of department. She has made a significant contribution to the training of young professionals, student education, and the development of our university. Her scientific and methodological works have greatly contributed to the advancement of pedagogical science.”
During the event, Rector Salamat Idrissov presented Nurzhaugan Zhumasheva with the university badge “For Contribution to the Development of the University.” Following the award ceremony, the presentation of her educational and methodological manual “Preschool Pedagogy” took place.
The seminar featured presentations by scholars, educators, and young researchers from various educational institutions. Associate Professor and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Zhannat Sardarova of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University delivered a presentation on “The Role of Higher Pedagogical Education Institutions in the Development of Inclusive Education.” Associate Professor and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Sholpan Saparbayeva of Yessenov Caspian University of Technology and Engineering addressed “Academic Integrity in the Context of Digital Transformation.”
Associate Professor and Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Zhanylsyn Sabirova of Atyrau University presented on “The Importance of Emotional Intelligence for Modern Leaders.” Doctoral student Gulnaz Tokashova of the Educational Program “Pedagogy and Psychology” at Yessenov Caspian University shared her research on “Pedagogical and Psychological Support for Students’ Academic Mobility in the University Education System.”
Researcher and lecturer Nazerke Orakhova from Atyrau Humanitarian College named after K. Dutbayeva discussed “The Role of Vibe Coding Technology in the Innovation Management System.” Klara Bazarbayeva, Head of Kindergarten No. 39 “Akkogershin,” presented “The Digital Palette of Childhood: Innovative Interactive Games in the Educational Environment.” Gulbarshyn Karabassova, Director of Kindergarten No. 43 “Arman,” shared her experience in “Innovative Leadership in Preschool Organizations: Management Practices and Development Strategies.”
Primary school teacher Kuanyshbek Galym of BINOM School-Lyceum named after Al-Farabi delivered a presentation on “The Features of SMART Management in the Education System.” First-year master’s student Asylzada Ergarina from Atyrau University discussed “Pedagogical Management in the Digital Educational Environment: Opportunities and Challenges.”
At the end of the seminar, participants exchanged views on the presented topics and put forward recommendations for further development.
