Today, on May 25 - Philologists’ Day - our colleagues who have made a significant contribution to the development of the university were awarded the badge “For Contribution to the Development of the Native Language” by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The award recipients are Candidate of Philological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Russian Philology Zharkyn Yesenkyzy Kenzhebayeva and Senior Lecturer of the Department of Foreign Languages Aiman Taimankyzy Tileugaliyeva.
For many years, Zharkyn Yesenkyzy has promoted the Kazakh language and literature among Russian-speaking audiences through her scientific research. Her valuable studies focus on the national characteristics of the Kazakh people reflected in Kazakh and Russian phraseological units and proverbs, as well as the representation of Kazakh mentality in literary prose translated into Russian.
Aiman Taimankyzy has made a significant contribution to training specialists proficient in Kazakh, Russian, and English languages for institutions and major industrial enterprises of the Atyrau region.
