At Kh. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, the pedagogical practices of the participants of the pedagogical retraining course for the 2025-2026 academic year were successfully completed, followed by final conferences.
This year, 82 participants enrolled in the pedagogical retraining program across 13 educational programs. During two semesters of study, they successfully demonstrated in practice the theoretical knowledge they had acquired at school institutions.
Throughout the teaching practice, participants actively engaged in educational and extracurricular activities and mastered modern teaching methods. Under the guidance of experienced educators, they improved their skills in developing lesson plans, designing lesson structures, and establishing effective communication with students.
During the internship, future teachers applied innovative educational technologies and implemented various pedagogical methods aimed at improving students’ academic performance. Participants received methodological support and regular feedback from experienced teachers.
At the final conference, participants presented the work completed during their pedagogical practice, exchanged experiences, and shared achievements in their professional development.
This practice became a valuable opportunity for future educators to strengthen their professional competencies and develop as competitive specialists in the field of education.
