Chairman of the Board - Rector of Khalel Dosmukhamedov Atyrau University, Salamat Idrissov, paid a working visit to the city of Samsun, Republic of Turkey, and participated in the “Turkic World Urbanism Summit”.
This summit is one of the key international platforms strengthening scientific and academic cooperation among Turkic countries. Within the framework of the event, which runs until April 22, participants discussed current issues in architecture and urban development, as well as effective solutions aimed at the sustainable development of modern cities. Topics such as the future of cities, infrastructure development, environmental balance, and the creation of a comfortable urban environment were widely covered.
Special attention was given to expanding cooperation among higher education institutions of Turkic states. The summit provided opportunities to establish new partnerships, deepen existing ties, and implement result-oriented initiatives.
In addition, the signing ceremony of the “Samsun Declaration of Universities of the Turkic World” is planned within the summit. This document is expected to elevate cooperation in the educational space of Turkic countries to a new level and become an important step toward achieving common goals.
