February 14th - World Book Giving Day

On February 14, in honor of World Book Giving Day, the rector of the Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov, Salamat Idrissov, donated several valuable books to enrich the collection of the university’s scientific library.
The university’s professorial-teaching staff and students will be able to use these books to gain new knowledge and apply them in their research works.
The tradition of donating books at Atyrau University began in 2012. That year, as the rector of the educational institution, Beibit Mamrayev was the first to donate books to the library and made this good undertaking a tradition.
The university aims to instill a love for knowledge, inquiry, and reading books in the younger generation. The enrichment of the library collection and the creation of conditions for quality education will continue in the future.
