The opportunities and difficulties of relations on the Caspian Sea were discussed

   A scientific seminar on the topic “Opportunities and difficulties of relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan on the Caspian Sea” was held at the Atyrau University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov.
  Scientists, master's students and doctoral students of the Research Institute named after Kh. B. Tabyldiyev took part in a seminar held with the participation of an international expert, doctoral student of the Department of International Relations of Tomsk University (RF) Said Khavarinejad.
  During the scientific seminar, expert Said Khavarinejad discussed security issues, environmental problems, economic, political and cultural relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Azerbaijan related to the Caspian Sea, and spoke in detail about the difficulties between the two countries and ways to solve them.
