Education, Academic Degree and Title In 1973, he entered the Faculty of Biology and Chemistry at the Guryev Pedagogical Institute and in 1978 obtained a diploma with a qualification as a Teacher of Biology with an additional specialization in Chemistry. In 2001, under the supervision of Academician of the Academies of Agricultural Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Russia, Doctor of Agricultural Sciences, Professor, Hero of Socialist Labor K.A. Asanov, he successfully defended his PhD (Candidate of Sciences) dissertation entitled “Psathyrostachys juncea for the Establishment of Seeded Pastures in the Desert Zone of Atyrau Region” and was awarded the degree of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences (Specialty 06.01.12 — Forage Production and Grassland Management).

Professional Experience Total professional experience: 38 years. From 1978 to 1979, served as a Junior Research Fellow in the Department of Dendrology at the Guryev Branch of the Main Botanical Garden of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR. Since 1979, has continued academic and research activities at the Guryev Pedagogical Institute. Held positions including Senior Laboratory Assistant, Lecturer, Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor, and Head of Department. Holds the degree of Candidate of Agricultural Sciences and the academic title of Associate Professor. Currently serves at H. Dosmukhamedov Atyrau State University.

Courses taught: Plant Physiology – physiological processes of plant growth, metabolism, stress responses, and adaptation mechanisms. Microbial Biogeochemistry – role of microorganisms in biogeochemical cycles and element transformations in ecosystems. Genomics – structure, function, and analysis of genomes; molecular and computational approaches. Geobotanical Research Methods – vegetation survey techniques, ecological assessment, and plant community analysis. Biodiversity Conservation – principles, strategies, and sustainable management of biological diversity. |
